We are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) for the commercial management of payment transactions for an online shop for beauty and care products for the Dutch market. The turnover in the online shop has grown continuously in recent months and with it payment transactions. We are looking for persuasive individuals to ensure that all payments are allocated to the correct orders and invoices are settled.
In this role, you will be dealing with outstanding payments of all kinds and will communicate with debtors to find agreements on payment solutions. You will be responsible for payments that cannot be allocated to an order, e.g. due to a transposed payment or a complete lack of information. In a preliminary training course, you will be advised on what it takes.
For this position, you should be good with numbers and have some experience with data entry. An attentive way of working is just as important as fluency in Dutch. This role involves both written and verbal communication.
